Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

personal injury and medical bills

My family and I were injured in a house fire. We have a lawsuit against the city which goes to jury trial this fall. In the meantime, medical bills are piling up. We are suing for medical bills in lawsuit. Are we required to pay these bills or can we wait to see outcome of lawsuit?

You have a lawyer for the lawsuit. He or she are best able to answer this questions as that lawyer has the most knowledge of the particulars of your case. Call the lawyer.
