In Indiana if a person owns property and is receiving Medicade, can they QuitClaim that property?

There is a lookback policy, so if the purpose of the quitclaim is to protect the asset, it is unlikely to work. However, these kinds of cases are fact specific. You may want to talk with a local attorney.
