Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

I live in a Condo with rules and restrictions and have for almost 3 years. They are continually hounding us about not parking in the street. This morning, they put an orange sticker on one of my roommates cars that was parked in the street(which is an annoyance in itself), but threatening to tow it. My quesiton is, what are the laws pertaining towing? There are no signs posted in the neighborhood stating this and while the covenants and restrictions mention it, there is no mention of cars getting towed. Is it legal for them to have a car towed? Is the "orange sticker" the only notice they have to give? If they DO tow, what recourse do we have? Please advise of any info you have on this matter.

Thanks,

Jordan

Without seeing the condo papers, including minutes from association meetings, this inquiry cannot be answered properly. You should obtain those papers and see an attorney in person.
