passetion before OC

Builder has given us possession before getting occupation certificate of CIDCO and he says that your have to start paying maintaince from now.He has already delayed the OC by year kindly help as early as possisble.

Despite what real estate sales people say, there ishould always be an attorney involved in the purchase of new or existing homes. You situation is just an example of why you ( generic you) should always have an attorney when making what is for most people the largest purchase in their lives. Unfortunately, without having more details all I can say is hire an attorney to review your contract and proceed on your behalf. Good luck.
