Re: To get succession certificate

First of all, let me advice you to make sentence construction properly and use full stops and commas whereever required. It is very difficult to understand your question, as to what you want.

It seems that your uncle did not had any childrens, and there are no whereabouts of your aunty.

To know what were the properties of your uncle, you can have the income tax return of your uncle, and balance sheets, from IT department under RTI.. Also you can write to your lecal registration officer, for any deed/documents registered in favour of your uncle. I feel from Income tax return and balance sheet you would know all legal assets and bank accounts of your uncle.

Next time kinldy frame the question if properly

You can invoke Right to Information Act and apply to concern Revenue Authorities to get details of properties of your uncle, if any.

Re: To get succession certificate

Facts are incomplete.Details and other information are required to be examined.RTI Act applies where the informations are not provided by the concerned authorities, then, you can get information under RTI Act.RTI does not provide mutation etc.It is also to be seen that what was the status of your uncle and what properties had been left by him, these informations are necessary to give any advise on subject matter.
