Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

am i entitled to my farthers stuff? he just passeds away. and his wife told me i am not getting anything that he had. truck, trailer, tools, and house. they have only been married for 9 yrs. and he had no will.

If he owned the house jointly with his wife, it is now hers. Same with the truck. Sit down with an attorney in your community to discuss these issues if those items were indivudually owned by him, as you may have an interest then.
