my step father died intestate and his dad and his wife (my mom ) survives there is no children his dad is willing to sign all rights to estate away to my mom we have talked to a lawyer and he told us it would cost $800 to have him file the probate we do not have the money is there a way to file the paper work by ourselves and is there an time limit that you have to have a executor appointed she is living in the house and paying all the taxes and up keep and where do you get the intestate forms thank you
