What we want to do.

We want to have a google channel (we already have a business that is inc, with bank account, website etc.) that is a global dance and singing competition. Anyone can enter for free,( from any country that can post videos to utube, subscribe to channel and like videos?) from the free app or the website/google channel. Basically, we want anyone in the world to be able to enter/sign up for the contest (or as many easy countries to work with as we can at first till we grow bigger) were not sure of age requirements, 18+ easier? We don’t want overly sexualized videos. We want the prizes to be mystery prizes. Both of what they are and the value of them. We want it to be a surprise.

Want legal documents and forms do we need for this? Forms they have to agree to too enter contest, rules? And we want them to be able to share their video and a link back to our website and google channel.

Here's the thing: if you're going to invest money to build a successful business, one of the costs you have to incur is for legal advice. Contests are highly regulated in every state, and penalties are severe for not following the law. And each state has its own rules. So the questions you are asking cannot be answered for free over the internet. And my guess is Google is not going to allow this on their platforms anyway.
