I had a IL DUI in 1998, I was 18 at the time. I still have not gotten my license back, was denied once after my 2 year revocation was up. I now live in IA and cannot find where to have an evaluation done for my out-of-state hearing. Is there a statue of limitations? It's been almost 10 years and now w/ 2 children I need my license. What can I do?

It sounds to me like you're going to have to go to Illinois to sort this out. I do not know what sort of evaluation you are talking about but if it is a substance abuse evaluation that's available nearly anywhere, you can call some mental health professionals and they should be able to assist you.
