Divorce?

Help Immediately!!

Friday early morning Husband told me to leave & take my belongings by Sat 9-13-08. He said he will put my belongings outside on the lawn when he comes home on Sat afternoon.

Will I give up anything if I leave????? or should I stay to protect my rights?

He said he will file for divorce next week.

He can't legally throw you out of the house you both own. As to what you should do tomorrow, if he attempts to evict you I suggest you call the sheriff.
