Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Iowa

I am a student from Iowa state University Ames. Two guys ( A & B ) stayed in a house ( 105 ) of max occupancy 2 , but i ( C ) got in to replace a guy ( B ) . The thing is i was cheated saying there is only one guy in the house B . So there were 3 guys ( A B C ) staying with only one guy on the contract (A) .

I did not put myself into the contract because of personal problems with the guy on contract (A) . The house was left without cleaning , damages to carpet , fridge uncleaned and so on .

I ( C ) also signed up next year for a new house 104 in same apartment paying whole deposit money for a clean slate . The other guys A & B fled off the house . I signed agreement with landlord for house 104.

Now the landlord let a new guy into 104 , after signing the contract with me. Also they are threatening me they wont return deposit unless i move into 105 because i was staying there .

What can i do ? How can i get my deposit back ?

Well your answer is as easy as just moving in with D who used to live with E but now is married to Z, who is divorced from F, but is related to S, T, U and V. Now if you move in with D then my legal opinion is that 110 should be open for you to move in sometime during the 2013 or 14 school but only during the second semester. If, before you can move in with the party of the first part who instead moves in with D, then the party of the second part will probably be the third part party who will then be in a position of being a 3rd party beneficiary of the contract having to do with 104 concerning A & B, the parties of the 4th and 5th parts who used to be the first partys but lost their preferential position when the doctrine of laches started to apply. And if that's not clear I would suggest you leave ISU for Iowa, become a Hawkeye, enroll in the University of Iowa School of Law, rather than the Moo-U and forget about Ames altogether. Is that clear?
