Re: loss rating

Dear Sir, I like to know with whom I'm speaking before giving a reply that has much substance. If you'd like to contact me directly do so at [email protected]. Aside from that insurance adjusters do many things that attorney's are hard pressed to explain. There is a right way to get a rating. Whether her method is accurate or has any basis in law would not be obvious without knowing more. Reading a doctor's report would be a start. It sounds to me like you need to consult with an attorney. I would make that suggestion to you. You will have to pay an attorney, but in my experience the amounts paid willingly by insurance companies is far less than people are owed under the current law.
