Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Italy

I purchased a condominium in Italy in 2006 with my boyfriend. We have since broken up and initially agreed to sell the property. He is now refusing to sign an agreement to list the property for sale with a realtor in Italy. Is there any law in Italy that would allow me to force the sale of the property?

Italian Law allows you to ask the Court for division of the property or, if it is not technically possibile, to sell it and get your money share.

I'm at your disposal for any further need.
