Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Kansas

I was divorced back in 2009 in Kansas. I signed a quit claim deed for our house over to my ex-husband. He has never been late or missed any payments, but just informed me that he is going to deed in lieu of foreclosure the house back to the bank. He has had it on the market for 10 months for sale and is no longer living there but still making the payments on time. I am concerned that this deed in lieu will affect my credit. So my question is what will that deed in lieu of do to me if anything? I have read conflicting information about my situation, as I have quit claimed the house to him in the divorce.
