Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

I have court ordered summer visitation and my exwife is denying me the rest of my summer visitaion. She says she is "exercizing her rights" but she has nothing that says what right she is exercizing. Can she do that and what do I need to do to recieve the rest of my summer visitation?

If you have a court order that your ex-wife is not following then you can file a motion to enforce the order. If you have an order from the court granting visitation rights and your are meeting all your obligations as they pertain to that order, then there does not seem to be any reason you cannot have that order enforced. However, it is important to note that without all of the facts it is difficult if not impossible for me to make a sound judgement. My office offers a free initial consultation which would allow me to get more detailed information and provide a better analysis.
