My daughters mother has violated a court order by not paying child support or notifying the child support enforcement people of her new job and she also violated a court order by claiming my daughter on her taxes could I get her for contempt since she violated a court order?

Yes. If a person is acting in a manner not consistent with a court order, including an order pertaining to child support, indirect contempt of court is a possible remedy.
