Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

My husband summoned me for divorce on Monday. I had to be out of the house by yesterday.

He says that I will have to sign the deed of our home over to him. He is the only one on the mortgage.Do I have any recourse in keeping the deed with my name on it,so if he sells it I can seek part of the equity?

Don't sign it. Take it to the judge for hearing.
