Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

In my divorce my ex was supposed to carry health insurance on the kids and hasn't for over a yr. he has insurance he could get through his job but doesn't want to pay the cost. In my divorce papers iit shows he is 100% responsible for medical bills. Is there anything i can do to make him get coverage? I'm just afraid if something happens to one of them they won't be taken care of because they are not covered.

When it comes to court orders, if one party is not following the order the other party can file a motion to enforce. This will bring what is not being done to the courts attention so that the court can take action as needed.
