Legal Question in Workers Comp in Kansas

my husband has had 2 surgerys on his right knee and one on his left. He is covered by work comp and has been told he needs a knee replacement. He is only 38 and wants a second opinion. They are dragging their feet and we are worried about time frames for paperwork and keeping an open medical case so he can get this fixed.

That attorney can have your husband rated by a doctor who will have your husband's best interests in mind, not that of the employer or the insurance company.
