How do i find out who the owners are, of an incorporated business?

For most purposes, the names of the shareholders (the "owners")of American corporations are not public information.
You can, on the other hand, discover the names of the original incorporators, officers, and agents for service of process of corporations licensed to do business in Kentucky (both domestic and out-of-state corps.) by going to the Kentucky Secretary of State's web site at "http://apps.sos.ky.gov/business/obdb/(bwu0nfyhqe5fju45gxvnbuah)/default.aspx".
