Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Kentucky

interview

I recently was scheduled for a second interview with a company in my town. I missed the interview and did not call to cancel. The company then proceeded to send an e-mail calling me irresponsible to the business school of my university, which I am not a part of, in which they copied me and another student on. Is this legal to discuss why I was not hired outside of their company? Also I might add that I was not an undergraduate student when the e-mail was sent. I was officially a graduate student at the university.

Re: interview

Take this up with school administration and the career office.

Seems like you might have had an obligation to be polite and at least cancel or apologize after the fact.

On the other hand, their response was also immature and unnecessary.

Sounds like they missed you.
