Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Kentucky

singled out

do i have a case? my employer singled out 5 non-whites in our group and read each of us a letter stating we were not acting as a corporate citizen that some one in the group says we refered ourselves as non-white group(we are) and that we were creating a wall between the other 11 people in our group, and we have no integrity because we want to find out other peoples discipline,(we want to make sure they are being fair and consistant)and they expect us to avoid these type of behaviors.our letter was signed by my group leader, assist manager and human resourse rep. do i have a case?
