Can a jury foreman announce a Not-quilty plea and then say '' I made a mistake , sorry '' and then Jury goes back in the Jury room and come out and say Quilty this time???????????????

The first thing you really need to do with the facts you have given thus far is contact any attorney and speak with them about filing an appropriate motion. If this is indeed what happened, then there may be a remedy available to you.
