common law marriage
Residence in Il. ran a business in Ky. 10 months per year since june 2001. Is it possible that I could be legally married? Please email me back. Thank you.

Kentuck does not provide for common law marriage. They will recognize a common law marriage that has been established in another state, but you cannot become married by common law in Kentucky.
