emergency protective order

If a spouse places an emergency protective order agaianst his partner can the partner who was served

still have telephone contact of private nature or personal contact of private nature with the spouse's office personnel, for example the secretary if this person was an accquaintance of both persons.

Re: emergency protective order

EPO's prevent contact with the other party and any members of that persons family or household. Contact with co-workers is not prohibited, however i would not recommend calling your spouses place of employment at all. If you need to contact one of her co-workers, then find a way to contact them other than calling at work.
