Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

I want to file for divorce, in the state of Kentucky, but I have no idea where my husband is. I haven't spoken to him in over 5 years, almost 6. How can I file for divorce, there is no property or children involved.

Consult an attorney as you are able to get a divorce without knowing where he is as long as you have a prior address. The court will appoint an attorney to give notice to your spouse at his last known address and after fifty days you can make application to the court to finalize the divorce.
