Legal Question in Immigration Law in Kentucky

foreign spouses eligibility

I am an american citizen who married a citizen from Uzbekistan. I do not meet the financial eligibility for support because some income wasnt claimed on my taxes so I didnt meet the requirments of financial eligibility. Is there any way she can get a visa to come to america and work other than the spouces visa so we can be together? also is it possible to be in a foreign country and renounce citizenship before the u.s. embassy there and it be accepted. are there any organizations in america to sponsor foreign spouses until the american citizen can show financial requirements other than family?

Re: foreign spouses eligibility

You may get a joint-sponsor to meet the financial requirements of the petition; this can be anyone who is a US citizen or lawful permanent resident and makes the required income.
