Legal Question in Employment Law in Kentucky

Retaliation/ discrimination/fraud

I reported racial discrimination and retaliation and was fired 25 days later ( sent out on indefinite suspension). I acknowledge the suspension and returned all property, but my employer continued to log work hours for me and generate paychecks that I never saw/received/ and do not know of the status. I was paid with federal funds from a public university. I can not file taxes and my employer contends I am still employed to this date. I have an EEOC complaint.

It sounds as though you have several legitimate claims against your former employer and I would encourage you to contact an attorney to assist you through the process to ensure that noen of your rights are compromised. I can be reaced a thte number in my profile or [email protected].
