Wages

I worked for this company 7 yrs,when I got laid off they owed me 11 wks wages which I have not received, they have not picked up the company vehicle which they provided me, can I put a lien on this vehicle for the money they owe me ?

If your former employer is a corporation, Indiana law (IC 32-28-12-1) gives you a right to record a lien against corporate property or earnings. Please feel free to contact me at 317-955-9500 if you would like assistance in doing so.
