wrongful termination

My husband had an affair with his boss, when he tried to end it she treatened to have him arrested for rape, charged with sexual harrasment, if he didn't leave me for her, when that didn't work she fired him. We went to her boss, who tried to hide what had happened. He did receive unemployment with the above listed as ''reason''
