Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Kentucky

In Kentucky can a landlord do a force entry and lockout without any written eviction notice or court papers? My landlord stated she would work with us for the rent until we resigned our lease and now she's giving us 5 days to be out or she's locking us out. I'm just wanting to know if this is legal?

No, you have to be served with a forcible detainer summons where you will go to court, and the court will give you seven days to vacate.
