What can you do if an opposing lawyer drafts an agreed order and submits it to the courts knowing that it is incorrect. What recourse do I have file a contempt motion or call local Bar?

If it was an Agreed Order, I assume either you or your attorney signEd it? It'd be difficult to prove it wasn't just a mistake when your side didn't catch it. Ask the other side to sign a new order making the correction or bring a motion before the court to correct.
