Legal Question in Traffic Law in Kentucky

threatened with reckless driving

I pulled out onto a road and another car came up behind me and honked their horn. I flipped them off as I was doing the speed limit by the time they caught up with me and there was another lane of traffic going the same way which was empty. These individuals followed me home and threatened to get my licsence taken away for reckless driving. The passanger stated that he was a police officer and knew what to do to make sure my license was taken away.

what should i do to protect myself?

Re: threatened with reckless driving

Call the officers supervisor or captain and file a formal complaint. If the officer wishes to proceed with this stupidity, then you'll have that on file. But i doubt that the officer will do anything (did he show a badge?). If the officer was going to cite you for your conduct, they would have done so at the scene. Best of luck.
