Adam Lambert....What if the cease and desist letter did not come registerd mail? The letter was send via regular mail and UPS no signature required. Thanks!

Doesn't mater. What matters is that they believe you are violating their intellectual property rights and you have not stopped. They will most likely sue when you fail to respond.
