Hi I am wondering if... I wrote a check to a car dealership and I asked them to hold the check till Friday. They said they would and even wrote it on the check... Hold till Friday and the type of car i got and everything. Anyways, they cashed it early. Wouldnt that hav ebeen a written agreement between us?

If you tender a check as payment, the person being paid is under no real obligation to hold it but rather may submit it for payment immediately.
