Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana

simple escape out of halfway house
if my boyfriend got sentence to do eight years but only had to do three and a half years,then got promoted to an halfway house, then left there to come home got caught eight months later ,went back to prison got all of his good time taken ,was in the hole for about nine months ,now finally on the compound whatever that is,up for prarole in feb 28,2009 on a monday,what are his chances ?

That's up to the parole board. I will say that the corrections system is not generally friendly to escapees.
