Anullment

If someone was married while incarcerated can the marriage be anulled.

Only if it meets the criteria for annulment, such as mistake or coercion. The mistake has to be that you married the "wrong" person, not that the person was the wrong person for you. My guess is you have no grounds to annul. There is no requirement that the marriage be consummated.
