Birth Certificate

My ex husband's name is on my daughters birth certificate. A DNA test proved that he is not the father. I am with her father and i am getting remarried. How do we change the fathers name on her birth certificate from my ex's to her real daddy?

You need a court order. That could be done by a Paternity Suit or an adoption.
