Life Insurance and minor beneficiaries
My husband was divorced in 1999. At that time his ex wife had it court ordered that his minor children had to be beneficiaries on his life insurance policies. Now all of the children are over the age of 18. Does he still have to keep them beneficiaries on all of his policies since the court order stated minor children?

You need to ask the court to change the judgment just to make it clear.
