How Old Does A Child Have To Be To Decide To Go Back With The Parent Who Was Reported After Hitting The Child?

The child has no say whatsoever in the matter. Children under the age of 18 do not have the ability to decide these matters -- it is typically done by the court or the Department of Human Services.
