unable to communicate with GAL. Can

I represent my husband In regards to

communicating the case to GAL. Do I

have that right as the spouse

Unfortunately, you probably have no legal rights as the step mother. It is up the the Guardian Ad Litem to decide whether or not you can present your information on behalf of your husband. You certainly can not represent him in court -- he needs to be there in person.
