gun charges
is it possible to only recieve 90 days on gun charges, cds marihuana, and cds not marihuana? the drug charges were nolle prosequi, but the hangun was on PERSON. this happened in frederick maryland. also, the sentence was not suspended at all, total time giving was 90 days.
