Job applications for Maryland parolees

if both yes and no are checked on a job application when asked if ever been convicted of a felony, but was not asked about it in the interview and was hired. can the parole be violated if the company later finds and reports the error? if so what penalties would be faced?

From the sparce information we have, the main consequence you face would possibly be a violation of probation, depending on the probation conditions listed on your sentencing order. I would need further information. Perhaps there was a genuine misunderstanding, there is also a question of whether the question on the application was properly interposed. If not, there may me an employment law issue there too. I would need to speak with you in more detail to see if there was legitimate confusion etc. Are you facing a VOP?
