Can we legally drive with a valid out of country license in maryland for a year?????????

Once you become a MD "resident," an out of country license is acceptable for a year. However, many police officers do not know this and will often charge someone with driving without a license or possession of a fictitious license so make sure you have some type of MD id. If, however, you are not a resident of MD, those rules do not apply.
