As a minor (under 18) you are legally under the control of your parents unless you are married. If you have an alternative living opportunity with a responsible adult and can work out an agreement with your parents to allow that person to become your legal guardian, you could do that. If your parents won't go along with that, you would have to demonstrate to a court that your parents are unfit and that it would be in your best interest to have the guardianship arrangement.
