Why cant I get a fair hearing?

I live in cumberland and going through a custody battle and divorce.My ex comitted adultry and admits that my boys would be better off with me,but she wont give up custody because of taxes and child support.Still the county will not give me a fair hearing.She has absolutley no morallity or family values and I was wondering if anyone else in this area had the same problem.

You can get a fair hearing. Your divorce may not be as problematic as matters dealing with child custody and support. This all depends on many factors.

Typically each parent recognizes a certain responsibility and if you are the wage earning parent then this may become even more difficult for you.
