Liability for drinking and driving spouse
I want to know if I can drop my husband's insurance on his car only due to the liability associated with him drinking and driving? We are in the process of getting a separation agreement and the car is titled in his name only.

You should be able to do this--contact your insurance agent for information. I assume you have no plans to occupy his vehicle while he's driving. Also, if you are in any way dependent upon him for help financially, and by canceling his insurance he stops driving and working, that could impact you.
