Re: obtaining signature falsely

One does not obtain "some one elses kids" by affixing a signature(whether falsely or otherwise) to a document or other paper which purports to transfer the custody of children. Such custody matters involving children are determined by orders of courts of proper jurisdiction and not by any parent or guardian signing a piece of paper.
