what dictates ownership of horse is verbal proff enough

I worked on a farm given hose in place of wages, now lost job say I have no horse either. I have vet bills say i AM HORSES OWNER

If you worked and were not compensated you are entitled to payment. If you accepted payment through some means other than monetary compensation and the property is being withheld then you still have a matter for unpaid compensation.

As to the care of the horse and other costs, this is another matter separate from your compensation.
