Can a landlord with a judgement against me threaten legal action if I don't give him my bank account number and vehicle info?

If the judgment creditor engages in proper post-judgment discovery (interrogatories, oral exam), then you can be held in contempt and incarcerated if you do not provide complete and truthful information.
